Colin Sullivan-Stevens is an artist, designer, and small business owner with an inventive bag company called Anchorpak.com.  Always fascinated by visually complexity in simple forms, drawing obsessively and always listening to music, Colin operates out of the fabric of his small hometown, Portland, Maine. / After graduating from RISD; 2001 BFA Painting, Colin returned home to Maine to draw and paint. Finding work with a skilled historic preservationist of architectural decorations he was inspired to start a small design business focusing on wallpaintings with his friend Friederike Hamann called FIELD (2006-2010), and to continue to paint on canvas and draw in his studio. In 2013 he received MTI funding to study the ergonomic design of his Anchorpak bag at the UNE.
